Our Maintenance Process

  1. Submitting Repair Requests:
    • Tenants can submit repair requests through email/ WhatsApp/ Phone
    • Non-emergency repairs may be scheduled at a later day to ensure the convenience of the tenant and for cost efficiency.
  2. Work Order Creation:
    • Each repair request is logged with details such as the date, time, and urgency of the issue.
  3. Trusted Vendor Execution:
    • Repairs are carried out by experienced, third-party vendors.
    • Vendors consult with us before making alterations or purchasing materials, ensuring transparency and control.
  4. Emergency Repairs:
    • For urgent issues, we recommend our owners authorize us for emergency repairs up to ₹2,500 without prior owner notification.
    • Any repairs over Rs. 2,500/ are carried out after the Owner’s approval.
    • Repairs exceeding ₹10,000 will involve obtaining multiple quotes for cost comparison and approval.
  5. Owner Communication:
    • Owners are notified about all repairs, and they are welcome to provide input.
    • For significant repairs that exceed one month’s rent, the bill will be forwarded to the owner for direct payment.
  6. Payment and Deduction:
    • Routine repair costs are deducted from the rent as applicable.
    • Owners can also choose to engage their preferred vendors to handle repairs if desired.
Bill Payment Services You Can Rely On +

We provide convenient bill payment services for property-related expenses, ensuring your property is well-maintained and essential services remain uninterrupted. Payments will be processed as long as sufficient funds are available in your account, but they are limited to one month’s rent collected on your behalf.

Our services include managing payments for:

  • Maintenance during vacancy or if included in the rental agreement

How It Works

Reports are sent no later than the 10th day of each month, typically accompanying the rent payment and accounting for repairs and charges incurred through the end of the previous month. Statements are emailed for convenience.
