Our Transparent Fee Structure

We believe in clarity and fairness, ensuring you know exactly what you’re paying for and the services included in each fee.

Here’s how our fee structure works:

  1. One-Time Registration & Setup Fee
    • Fee: ₹8,000 Plus applicable taxes
    • What It Covers:
      • Account creation
      • Comprehensive property inspection
      • Preparation of marketing materials to attract the right tenants
  2. Tenant Placement Fee
    • Fee: Equivalent to one month’s rent
    • Details:
      • This fee covers the effort and resources invested in finding and placing reliable tenants.
      • We may collaborate with external agencies and pay them directly to secure the best tenant for your property.
  3. Monthly Maintenance Fee
    • Fee: 10% of the monthly rent
    • When Applicable:
      • Charged only during the period your property is rented.
      • Covers ongoing management services such as tenant support, rent collection, and issue resolution.
  4. Registration of Rent Agreement
    • Fee: Based on applicable government charges + ₹3,000 service charge
    • What It Covers:
      • Drafting, notarizing, and registering the rental agreement as per legal requirements.
      • Ensures compliance with local laws, protecting both the landlord and tenant.

Other Fees (As Needed)

  1. Maintenance and Repairs
    • Fee: Actual repair costs + 7.5% service charge
    • Details:
      • Covers regular upkeep or emergency repairs.
      • All expenses are transparent, with actual bills provided.
  2. Lease Renewal Fee
    • Fee: 15 days’ rent
    • What It Covers:
      • Renewing an existing tenant’s lease, making any needed amendments, property inspection, verifying tenant’s employment/ business including documentation and administrative tasks.
  3. Eviction Fee
    • Details:
      • Costs related to tenant eviction processes, including legal and administrative fees.
      • Applicable only in the rarest of the rare cases when eviction becomes necessary and unavoidable.
